Newport Roman Villa will be open free of charge on Friday 6 September. Come and explore the incredible remains of this third century Roman farmhouse.
Situated within a modern housing estate Newport Roman Villa provides a well preserved example of a winged corridor villa. The site has a well preserved bath suite with cold and hot baths. There is a museum display area, small shop and Roman garden. The site has an activity room where visitors can make a mosaic, build an arch or reconstruct a pot.

A short walk from Newport town centre. From town head down Medina Avenue and take the third road to your right up Cypress Road.
Due to the historic nature of the monument the site is not fully accessible to wheelchair users.
