We are fundraising!

If you love what we do, then please show your support and donate to Hampshire History Trust (charity no. 1191377) today.

Hampshire History Trust is the charity (charity no. 1191377) behind both the Winchester Heritage Open Days festival and Hampshire HistBites podcast and has ambitions in the future to undertake a wider range of heritage-based projects.

Committed to community participation, we believe in creating opportunities to discover and celebrate Hampshire’s rich and diverse history and heritage, and in sharing stories that connect people, create meaning, inspire curiosity and bring enjoyment for all ages.

BUT... did you know that HHT does not receive any regular funding? The Charity relies solely on occasional grants and the generosity of sponsors and supporters.

Winchester Heritage Open Days, a free 10-day festival, has now become so successful (it is one of the largest HODs hubs in the country) that it can no longer be managed by volunteers alone. We need to raise at least £10,000 to enable us to continue to provide a programme of FREE events including walks and talks, living history events, workshops, performances, and so much more.

Please help us secure its future and donate as much as you can today, so that you can continue to enjoy Winchester Heritage Open Days again in 2023, and for years to come.
