A traditional Sunday afternoon church fete preceded on Friday by an escorted walk from the Bullington Village Hall to St Michael and All Angels, which lies next to the River Dever.
The fete is in St Michael's churchyard and includes a number of stalls selling local produce, books and cream teas. The walk takes in the listed properties in the village and the sites of special scientific interest along the famous chalk stream. The public footpath crosses the disused Victorian railway line with three brick viaducts in the parish.
