Andrew from the national Heritage Open Days team is spot on when he said yesterday “Organising a Heritage Open Days event is simple. Making it one to remember can be a bit trickier!“. So we are delighted the national team has chosen Winchester Discovery Centre as one of their venues for their free Heritage Open Days introductory workshops this year.
The workshop is taking place on Wednesday 2nd May 2018 and is open to all new, current or potential Heritage Open Day organisers from across Hampshire and further afield. If you attend you will learn a little more about England’s largest heritage festival and discover in depth how it works. Best of all though attendees will gain access to the national’s team top tips and guidance on how to create and organise an incredible and engaging event.
So if you are new to organising a Heritage Open Days event, are interested in running one, or perhaps have not run one for a while sign up today to register your interest.
Remember all Heritage Open Day training events are FREE to attend, and they even provide light refreshments!
