Festival Spotlights

A quick update on today’s events. First the weather – the Met Office forecast advises it will be mostly cloudy between 9am and 1pm, then the occasional shower in the early afternoon. There is heavy rain due but expected between 4pm and 6pm so all of our events should be fine today include the activities at Hospital of St Cross and our Oram’s Arbour tour this evening. Great news!A glimpse into the escape room!

Our next news update is even more positive! Some unexpected places have come available on Clue Capers Escape Rooms, and also the medieval tile workshop being run by Hyde900 in Cathedral Close. We highly recommend both activities having tried them ourselves yesterday! For more details follow the relevant links or you can visit our Friday what’s on for an overview of everything that is happening today. As you will discover there is lots to see and do.

Nicky and I had such a fabulous day yesterday. Above and below you will find a few photographs from some of the events we managed to get to. Apologies to those event organisers we didn’t get to see yesterday, there was so much on we couldn’t get to see or do everything! We do hope though you had a great day too.

If you also have photographs from yesterday or plan to take some today and over the weekend we’d love to see them. You can share them with us via our instagram and twitter accounts, or even better why not submit them to our photo competition.

Must dash now as need to get ready for today’s activities, tours and open houses. can’t wait. But before I do I must just let you know that there are also two spaces now on Tom’s walking tour on Saturday. Unmissable!Warren & Son
